Troubleshooting

This is almost always a permission issue.

  • Ensure Accessibility permission is granted in System Settings > Privacy & Security.
  • If it’s already on, try toggling it off and on again.
  • Check if another app is using the same hotkey combination.
  • Ensure Launchas is running (check the menu bar).
  • Try re-recording the hotkey in the app settings.
  • Click Identify Displays in the Profile manager to verify how macOS identifies your monitors.
  • Ensure your monitors are arranged correctly in macOS System Settings > Displays.

If the app becomes unresponsive, you can force quit it from the Activity Monitor and relaunch it. Your profiles will be saved automatically.
